Shocking dash-cam footage shows near miss as driver overtakes on double white lines on Fife road

Shocking dash-cam footage has shown the terrifying moment a driver nearly caused a head-on collision on a Fife road. The incident took place on the A92 at around 1.10pm on Saturday, February 21. The clip shows two cars navigating a bend on the road before being approached by another vehicle. As the car in front travels on, a black 4x4 vehicle can be seen attempting to overtake a car on the opposite side of the road. The driver is filmed attempting the manouvre on double white lines.
