Snejina Michailova is Professor of International Business at the University of Auckland Business School. She researches people and knowledge-related issues in multinational corporations. At the Researchers with Global Impact event 2024, her talk outlined the significant shortfall of research into host country nationals, who form 80 percent of the workforce of multinational businesses.
