Description
The family of Jenna Ostberg, who died in December 2023, says they are once again deeply disappointed in the findings of Ontario’s police watchdog.
Earlier this week, the special investigations unit released its re-evaluation into the death of a 21-year-old woman from Thunder Bay.
The new report again concludes there were no reasonable grounds to believe that a Thunder Bay police officer committed a criminal offence in Ostberg's death.
APTN News spoke with Lawyer Julian Falconer, who represents the Ostberg-Beardy family.
