The BIGGEST Parma Challenge in Melbourne // Bocca Pizzeria

I found the biggest Parma Challenge in Melbourne… and this thing was absolutely insane 🤯🇮🇹 This is definitely for the hungriest of hungry. Bocca Pizzeria is a family-run Italian restaurant serving up authentic woodfired pizzas and traditional Italian favourites, but today I was there to tackle their MONSTER Parma challenge 🍗🔥 This platter featured 3 x giant chicken parmas loaded up with a mountain of fries and a monster side salad. These parmas were even bigger than a J Webby portion size, they didn’t even fit on a standard plate 😳 Every parma was stacked with crispy golden schnitzel buried under layers of rich Napoli sauce and melted cheese. Exactly what you want from a proper Parma. At the 15 minute mark I was finally onto my third and final parma, but I knew if I didn’t start tackling the fries and salad soon I was going to be in serious trouble. So I started building the ultimate forkful… parma, salad, chips… but this platter just never seemed to end. Not even the supersized lucky fork was helping me through this one 😂🍴 Bocca Pizzeria definitely knows how to serve up giant portions and massive flavours. By the 30 minute mark the final parma was gone, but I still had a full serve of fries and salad staring me down.
