📝 Ingredients (Makes approx. 12 laddoos):
Besan (gram flour)- 1/2 cup
Ghee (clarified butter)-1/4 cup
Boora/ Coarsely ground powdered Sugar- 1/2 cup
Cardamom Powder (Elaichi)- 1 tsp
Chopped Nuts (optional- i have used pistachios)- 2 tbsp
👩🍳 Method:
Roast the Besan:
Heat ghee in a pan on low flame. Add besan and roast it on low to medium flame, stirring continuously for 15–20 minutes until it turns golden brown and gives off a nutty aroma.

Once roasted, turn off the heat and let the mixture cool slightly .
Add Sugar, Cardamom & chopped nuts:
Add powdered sugar, cardamom powder & chopped nuts to the besan mixture. Mix well until fully incorporated. Add chopped nuts if using.
Shape the Laddoos:
Take small portions and shape them into round ladoos with your hands.
Serve or Store:
Let them cool completely. Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
💡 Tips:
Always roast besan on low flame to avoid raw taste.
Adjust sugar as per your preference.
You can also add raisins or edible gum (gond) for a richer taste.
