Cool the Mixture: Once roasted, turn off the heat and let the mixture cool slightly . Add Sugar, Cardamom & chopped nuts: Add powdered sugar, cardamom powder & chopped nuts to the besan mixture. Mix well until fully incorporated. Add chopped nuts if using. Shape the Laddoos: Take small portions and shape them into round ladoos with your hands. Serve or Store: Let them cool completely.
