Cacophobia — A Nightmare of Ugliness

Staring into the mirror, I confronted a living nightmare—a cyclopean visage, grotesque and chaotic, as though my very soul had taken on a hideous form. A sluggish tongue slid forth, encrusted with blisters that oozed with embryonic horrors, dark and on the brink of grotesque birth. The sensation wasn’t merely fear but a visceral, marrow-deep revulsion. Each blister whispered vile secrets of decay and corruption, rupturing to spawn yet more disfigured heads in an unending, hellish procession. It wasn’t content to merely exist in reflection; it gazed back with an eerie sentience, a force multiplying itself endlessly, each distorted iteration more invasive, more intimate.
