Sacramento Regional Transit light rail trains on the SACRT North Blue Line pass through the Royal Oaks Drive railroad crossing arriving and departing the station in Sacramento, California. Also, a Gold Line Siemens S700 train headed to the Swanston Yard taken out of service as the train was involved in a vehicle vs train crash at Birkmont Dr in Rancho Cordova earlier this day that damaged its side and door and caused the train to partially derail. Also, there was a bus bridge on the Blue Line between City College and Florin Station which is why one train in this video had a City College Headsign.
Note the intersection side median signal at Royal Oaks Dr counterweight is partially bent and was bent back in.
This was also my first video of a Low Floor Siemens S700 train going through a crossing only exclusive to the Blue Line. You can do this at crossings on the Blue Line exclusive (Blue Line Only Crossings) section from the Richards Blvd to Evergreen St crossing on the Blue Line only section as Gold Line Low floor trains pull out from the yard early in the morning and return in the late evening and they come out even later in the morning on Saturdays and Sundays and earlier in the evening also on the weekend. I haven't tried to get pull out of going in trains yet.
