Is your garden a nightmare too? 😭 I’m blind, and we’re turning our chaotic UK garden into a sensory garden I can actually navigate by touch, smell and sound - with space for our future children to play and, ideally, fewer bushes to fall into! Part 1: tarp, weeds, despair, Molly supervision and an lesson learnt about being cheap… if you’re trying to suppress weeds, buy an actual gardening tarp, because weeds do not need a lot of light... What should we add first: scented herbs, a tactile path, raised beds or a wildlife patch? Video description: We see Lucy in the garden with tarp behind her. Go back in time and it’s covered in brambles, weeds, patio slabs. Then footage of them renovating the house then Lucy and Ollie slowly removing things from the garden with their family. Then the unveiling of the tarp revealing a lot of weeds a tree that was blown down in a storm.
