Diving for Rock Scallops Catch and Eat Raw - Sweet Creamy Delicious!

The ocean was finally calm enough to go for a dive. Luckily I brought my gear! I wouldn't recommend going alone like this, but if you can find some dive buddies, grabbing some rock scallops in shallow water is very satisfying! The limit is 10 per person, and they are one of the sweetest tasting things you can eat directly out of the ocean. Just double check the shellfish poisoning hotline to make sure they don't have elevated levels of heavy metals. Check weather conditions and count on it being murky.
