Elevator filming attempt fail | Confused passenger looking for exit.

Please note that this video is not uploaded for public shaming. I was going to delete this footage but ended uploading it here. Subject for removal at any time. So I was attempting to get another video of these elevators. However when the elevator arrived someone was inside, I asked her which floor she wants to go and then she asked on which floor she was, I said 0 and she asked where is the exit, I said 1 and then she asked if I'm going up or down, I said down and got off the elevator. People are getting distracted by doomscrolling on their phones or tablets and this is a good example of it. Even my generation has already understood it and looking for ways to not get distracted by phones, including buying dumb-phones and using older technology(I'm a Gen-Z). Full retake coming soon.
