We went looking for a team of employees to help us with our ever growing farm and chores — and we found a family. Today is an exciting day as we celebrate Ballerina Farm and our wonderful employees with a prime rib dinner and ballet! When we first started the farm years ago, it was just Daniel and me, farming and sending out the packages to customers. We've grown so much that we simply couldn't do it alone. It's been such a good year and we believe in celebrating and thanking our team with a feast.
