The new Compass 4xe, the top of the line-up with 375 hp and all-wheel drive capability, is based on a dual-motor electric architecture for full traction control on each axle. It adopts two separate EDMs with maximum power of 157 kW at the front and 132 kw at the rear. This second motor has been specifically developed for Jeep, and enables the highest power output and torque for a vehicle built on the STLA Medium platform. Powered by a battery with 96.1 kWh usable energy storage, the system offers a combined WLTP range of more than 600 km with very short charging times (20 to 80% in 27 minutes only).
