Entries determined to be automated, fraudulent, or submitted by the same individual using multiple YouTube accounts will be disqualified. Cost of Entry: Entry to this Promotion is free of charge. 4. Winner Selection and Notification Draw Details: The winner will be selected randomly via an electronic drawing process (a verified auto comment picker tool) on Sunday December 7th 2025. The draw will be recorded for verification purposes. Method of Draw: A software tool with a Keyword Filter set to #Zapped and a Unique Author Filter will be used to ensure the draw is fair, random, and only includes valid entries. Winner Notification: The winner will be notified via a direct reply to their winning YouTube comment and through a post on the @ZappedAU Community Tab within seven (7) business days of the draw date. The winner must respond to the notification and provide their shipping/contact details within 7 days from the community tab post to claim their prize. Publication of Winner: The winner’s YouTube Handle will be published on the @ZappedAU Community Tab. 6. Unclaimed Prize Draw If the prize remains unclaimed after 7 days from the initial notification date, the Promoter will conduct an unclaimed prize draw. Unclaimed Draw Details: The second draw will be held using the same random selection method. The subsequent winner will be notified as outlined in Section 5. 7. Privacy and Data Collection Personal information (such as the winner's name, address, and email) is collected by the Promoter for the sole purpose of administering this Promotion and facilitating prize delivery.
