Fried Sando | 揚げサンド Ingredients: White Bread (Shokupan): 6 Slices Sugar: 4 Tbsp Cream: 600 mL Vanilla Extract: 2 tsp Vegetable Oil: 500 mL It's basically a fried slice of white bread filled with whipped cream. You can also add extra ingredients such as honey, matcha and fruits if you want. Savoury versions of these 'sandos' (eg. yakisoba, scrambled eggs) exist but those seem far less popular.
