Today our beloved ladies from AroundMeBD YouTube channel are cooking a huge amount of Tiny Mola Fish mixed vegetable dry curry (চচ্চড়ি) to feed 450+ village people. Some villagers call this fish Sea Mola, while others know it as Narikeli Fish (নারিকেলি মাছ). Our hardworking ladies first wash and process all the tiny Narikeli fish using clean drinking water. Then they start cutting lots of winter vegetables into small pieces — cauliflower, beans, brinjal, spinach, potato, bottle gourd and many more fresh vegetables from the village. In a big pan they add all vegetables, spices, salt, turmeric, chili, onion, garlic and at last they add the small Mola fish. This mixed vegetable fish curry is called “Chorchori”, a very traditional village-style recipe. Along with this curry, women also cook rice for everyone. After finishing the cooking, they lovingly serve the food to more than 450 people from our YouTube Village. Thank you everyone for supporting AroundMeBD.
