INGREDIENTS
For Dough:
1/4 Cup Warm Water
1 Tsp Sugar
1 Tsp Active Dry Yeast
2 Cup All Purpose Flour (Maida)
Salt
For Filling:
1 Tsp Oil
1 Tbsp Pumpkin Seeds
2 Tsp Oil
1 Small Onion
1 Tsp Garlic
1 Cup Brocolli
Salt
1 & 1/2 Cup Red & Yellow Bell Peppers
1/2 Tsp Pizza Mix
1/2 Tsp Chilli Flakes
1 Cheese Slice
1 Tbsp Fresh Cream
For Coating:
2 Tbsp All Purpose Flour (Maida)
Water
Salt
Plain Cornflakes
METHOD
- Add sugar to the warm water and mix until sugar is dissolved. Now add yeast and mix well. Cover and set aside for 10-15 minutes.
- Take maida and salt. Mix well. Add water and make medium soft dough. Cover and rest till the dough doubles in size.
- Heat oil in a pan and saute onion. Add garlic and saute. Add broccoli, cover and cook. Add bell peppers, pizza mix, chilli flakes and salt. Saute for a minute and add cream and a cheese slice. Add roasted pumpkin seeds.
- Divide the dough into 8 equal sized portions. Use flour and roll one portion, add filling and close the edges to make a ball. Repeat for all.
- Make a slurry of maida, salt and water.
- Dip each ball in the slurry and then coat with cornflakes.
- Air fry the balls by spraying some oil at 200°C for 10-12 minutes or deep fry at medium flame. ENJOY!
