Victoria’s Regional Mental Health Workforce Incentives Program

The Regional Mental Health Workforce Incentive Program provides relocation grants to help attract mental health and alcohol and other drug workers to rural and regional services across Victoria. Workers can use the grants flexibly to support relocation costs (e.g., accommodation, travel) and settlement costs (e.g., childcare, school fees). Community navigators will support workers and their families to settle into their new life in rural and regional areas. This program is administered by the Rural Workforce Agency Victoria (RWAV).
