A machete brawl at Melbourne's Flinders Street Station has led to five teenage arrests, with one suspect also accused of firebombing an alcohol business in Keysborough. Investigators have revealed teenagers are being recruited for criminal activities through a messaging app by someone known as 'the Iceman', allegedly paying young offenders thousands of dollars for crimes.
