Healthy Fusion⭕ https://www.youtube.com/@HealthyFoodFusion Food Fusion Kids⭕ https://www.youtube.com/@FoodFusionKids Raw Mango Candy Recipe in English Ingredients: -Kairi (Raw mango) washed 650g -Podina (Mint leaves) 30g -Water 1 Cup -Sugar 1 Cup -Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 1 tsp -Kala namak (Black salt) 1 tsp -Chaat masala 2 tsp -Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp -Iodized Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste -Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste -Green food color ⅛ tsp -Desi ghee (Clarified butter) 2 tsp -Caster sugar or desiccated Coconut Direction: -Wash & peel raw mango & cut into small pieces. -In a blending jug, raw mango chunks, mint leaves, blend well, until smooth puree forms. -In a wok, add blended raw mango mixture, sugar, cumin, black salt, chaat masala, black pepper, pink salt, red chilli powder, green food colour, mix well. -Turn on flame, cook on medium flame for 10-12 minutes or until thickened. -Add clarified butter, mix well, and cook on medium flame for 2-3 minutes. -Transfer it to a flat bowl & let it cool down completely. -Add candy mixture in a disposable wooden spoon (Makes 48-50 candies) -Wrap in a plastic wrapper & serve!
