This FedEx Crash Shut Down the Freeway on Christmas Eve

FedEx Semi Wrecked on Christmas Eve | Packages All Over the Freeway. First, shout out to the entire crew for working in unison in this ugly weather to clear this horrible wreck on the freeway. You have the cold, dark and rain factor fighting you on this, and the wreck itself is one of the worst we've had all year. Then as always you're getting pestered with "how much longer, how long will this take" with all the pressure on you. I'm sure the job would have been that much faster had Alex been allowed to work the good trailer from the opposite side, but that was not an option and the request was denied. Instead, he had to work it in hard mode and do it all from the main portion. No quitting mentality kicked into high gear and he got the job done, with the help of everyone, in the most spectacular fashion. I don't say those words lightly either, I know how hard this stuff is and it was done possibly even better than I would have tackled it. The bright side is Caltrans did give us a hand towards the end with the guardrail. Once that happened, they finally got the good trailer out of the way and then set the bad trailer on the Landoll once it was emptied. And if you're thinking we came up on packages, this load went STRAIGHT to the FedEx Pacoima yard the next exit over, followed the whole time by the FedEx employees.
