EXPOSED: Australian Government CUTS Defence Funding

As China becomes more aggressive after sailing warships around our Australia last year, this government is going to cut Defence spending next year by nearly $800 million. The Labor Government is planning to build a bigger Defence force from the 2030's onwards. Supposed "increases" in Defence funding have been pushed out to the next decade, meaning any future Government can easily break that promise. Right now, only 2 of our submarines are available for operations. If America doesn't come to our rescue, we're buggered. Australia has to punch above our weight and defend ourselves if we need to. We need to take action right now to ramp up our defence force, not next decade.
