Description

It’s always the little details that seem to take the longest. Everything was going smoothly until I got to the toilet supply line. The baseboard wouldn’t fit around it the way I wanted, and I wasn’t about to leave it looking unfinished. Instead of forcing it, I made a custom trim piece to fit perfectly around the pipe. A few small cuts, a little creativity, and some Instant Bond from RONA+ made assembling the piece quick and easy. It’s one of those finishing touches that most people will never notice… but if it wasn’t there, everyone would. Sometimes the difference between a good renovation and a great one is taking the extra time to solve the little problems. Would you have left the gap, notched the baseboard, or made a custom piece like this? #FinishCarpentry #HomeRenovation #DIYTips finish carpentry, custom trim, baseboard installation, toilet supply line, trim work, RONA Plus, Instant Bond, bathroom renovation, home improvement, carpenter tips, finish work, woodworking, DIY renovation, contractor tips, baseboard trim, renovation details, home renovation, carpentry, trim installation, construction tips
