95 close up takeoffs & Landings at Liege. This Boeing 777 Freighter of Ethiopian Cargo created a waterstorm while departing on runway 22L at Liege Airport a few weeks ago. The weather was quite bad and the exhaust of the engines swirled up the water which looked quite dramatic. The aircraft was departing from Liege Airport to Guangzhou. A few minutes later a Turkish Boeing 777 Freighter arrvied from Quito and landed on the wet runway aswell. The reversers also swirled up the water and about 2 hours later the airfcraft continued its journey to Istanbul Also note the rare Antonov An12 which arrived at Liege after a short flight from Leipzig in Germany. the classic propeller plane is almost 60 years old and it` s still flying.
