Oz: Tracking the downpours, highs & lows (10/2/26)

Ex-tropical cyclone Mitchell will continue to drop rain and produce thunderstorms over the southern third of WA today and tomorrow, as downpours and thunderstorms increase over Qld and parts of NSW in the days/week ahead. Low pressure in the Coral and over nothern Australia will work with high pressure south of the nation to create some narrow pockets of heavy rain and locally brisk winds.
