We found one of the most peaceful campsites we’ve stayed at in Central Otago — tucked away, and perfectly placed for some of the best bike trails in the region. Over a few days we explored quiet river tracks, golden Otago landscapes, and some seriously good cycling routes that make this part of New Zealand such an underrated base for caravan travel. But… things didn’t stay peaceful for long.
