Marcos Jr. leads the ceremonial turnover of the Socio-Civic Projects Fund (SCPF) Financial Assistance during a meet and greet with the Presidential Scholars at the Rizal Memorial Coliseum in the City of Manila on June 3, 2026. The fund will be distributed to 4,426 Bagong Pilipinas Presidential Scholars from the six (6) districts of Manila, with each scholar receiving Php20,000.
