Before her death, Pari's last wish is to donate her heart to her patient, Dhani (Bhumika Chawla), who survives thanks to the transplant. Devastated by his loss, Rishabh focuses on fulfilling Pari’s dream of building a children’s hospital, Parilok. As Rishabh works on the project, he meets Dhani, who now works at his agency. She feels an attraction to him, but Rishabh, still grieving Pari, rejects her advances. Rishabh becomes frustrated with Dhani, unaware that she now carries Pari’s heart. When Dhani learns the truth, she starts to embrace the idea of continuing Pari's legacy and impresses Rishabh with her vision for the hospital. Eventually, after a confrontation, Dhani collapses, and Rishabh realizes that Pari's heart is keeping her alive. Rishabh is torn between his past love for Pari and his growing feelings for Dhani. Encouraged by his sister, Rishabh accepts Dhani and confesses his love to her. Dhani survives and the two begin a new chapter together, with Rishabh finally able to love again through Dhani.
