The West Bank reacts to Israel’s ‘horrifying’ new death penalty law

Israel says it will destroy all the homes along Lebanon's border with Israel and stop 600,000 residents who fled southern Lebanon from returning to their villages. Israel hasn't executed anyone since Adolf Eichmann, one of the Nazi architects of the Holocaust in 1962.
