Why We Need XRP Compared to RLUSD

Governments will not use RLUSD. They want their own stablecoin, their own treasuries, their own interest. RLUSD is also an issued asset Ripple can freeze. XRP cannot be frozen, clawed back, or minted by anyone. Swift participation means you can be sanctioned. XRP participation means you cannot. BRICS nations need a neutral settlement layer with no single country controlling access. That is XRP and nothing else fills that role.
