Description
In this video we kick off a two-part fishing mission above Auckland, starting on the east coast at Bream Bay.
The challenge is simple: no bait allowed.
For the next two days we’re fishing using softbaits only and seeing if we can still find and catch quality fish.
We’ll be working the coast looking for signs of bait, birds, and structure while putting different softbait setups to the test on snapper and whatever else shows up.
Part 1 takes place on the east coast, and in Part 2 we head to the west coast to see how different the fishing really is.
