This calf is only a few days old, but he's testing his legs like there is no tomorrow. He has discovered the joy of running in the sunshine through a lush, green pasture. He drinks a little milk from his patient mother and then heads off through the herd like somebody hit the turbo. In fact, after seeing how he took so quickly to running around, he was named "Turbo". He has the zoomies most evenings, running around the other cows who look at him and seem to wonder why he's so energetic. This farm is a beautiful stretch of rolling hills and forested areas that give the cows a natural place to roam freely. They have ponds full of fresh water to drink out of and shady areas to rest and chew their cud. It's life as nature intended. Few things are as cute as a newborn calf.
