My Mother in Law Makes Tomato Beef

Chinese tomato beef stir fry is my husband's favourite childhood dish. It's also my absolute favourite thing that my mother in law makes. In order to preserve this recipe I learned it from her and shared it on my YouTube channel a few years ago, but every time I catch her make it I like to video it because I always get a little extra tidbit out of her, and it's a nice memory to have! If you have an older relative who makes something you absolutely love and would like to preserve, the best way to learn it is to actually record a video of them doing it and ask questions as you go.
