Description

Hold your breath with me as I attempt a maximum dive in DNF - Dynamic No Fins. I completed this dive two weeks after my Guinness WR Attempt, when I completed 101x25m DNF laps in one hour! 🎉 My CO2 tolerance was super high but I haven’t specifically trained for a long dive and you can see it at the end of the video. LMC - Loss of Motor Control happens because of lower levels of O2 in the brain. It’s not dangerous, and it’s easy to recover by doing recovery breaths. ‌ Do not attempt to do a maximum dive alone. It can be the last thing you ever do :(‌ Freediving is a safe and beautiful sport if done properly. 🐬 Go to: www.michaelawerner.com “No Fins, No Worries” online course đŸ«¶đŸ»
