Under the leadership of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, these projects aim to preserve Uttar Pradesh's rich cultural legacy while creating modern public spaces for theatre, music, research, exhibitions, festivals, and community events. The newly developed infrastructure includes cultural centres, museums, memorials, music institutions, renovated Ramlila grounds, open-air theatres, and heritage sites in cities such as Lucknow, Chitrakoot, Azamgarh, Kannauj, Ballia, Shahjahanpur, Fatehpur, Gorakhpur, Mainpuri, Banda, Firozabad, Hardoi, Kushinagar, Pratapgarh, and Aligarh. Highlights include the Maharishi Valmiki Cultural Centre in Chitrakoot, the Hariharpur College of Music in Azamgarh, the Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Memorial and Cultural Centre in Lucknow, the International Roma Memorial in Kannauj, and the modernization of Ramlila grounds across eight districts.
