Andrea's Allergen-Friendly Baking Wish 🍪

🍩 Andrea is an 8-year-old aspiring pastry chef who had a long and trying health journey through lymphoproliferative disease. Because of her allergies and aversions to nuts and dairy, she often misses out on all the fun baked treats at parties and celebrations. But being the thoughtful person that she is, Andrea wished “To learn how to bake allergen-friendly sweets and desserts for my family and friends” so that no one has to miss out! 🌟 Like chocolate and caramel, Andrea and 'Powerhouse of Pastry', Anna Polyviou, paired together for an afternoon of allergen-friendly baking at the Hilton Hotel in Central Sydney. 🍪🍰
