We were so fortunate to have Joshua O'Donnell, vocalist of Banks Arcade join us for our first episode. Joshua sat down with Oli to discuss the story and motivation behind their debut album 'Future Lovers' as well as his own experiences with anxiety and his discovery of Brazilian Ju-Jitsu & MMA. He spoke of his inspiration and the "mongrel mentality" that drives Banks Arcade forward.
