This video is for people that don't eat fish heads - hear me out! I have always eaten fish heads, so it's never been weird or "gross" for me, but I do understand that it's too much for some people and they've never tried a fish head. (I'm married to one) I can show you that fish heads are easy to prepare, easy to cook, easy to clean up, and taste delicious, and what's more it helps conserve our fishery by utilizing the whole fish.
