This is one of my staple kettlebell complexes. Five swings Five cleans Five squats Five push presses Five snatches All on one side. Then switch. Five rounds total. The bell I am using here is 35 pounds. It is a full body strength practice that takes about twenty to thirty minutes. You can do it outside. You only need one kettlebell. Single arm work builds strength, but it also builds stability and rotation. The body has to resist, adjust, and organize around the load. That carries into real life more than perfectly symmetrical machines ever could. You can always increase the weight. Just keep the technique clean.
