TS HAGUPIT passing over Yap State as it approaches the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR)….expected to enter tomorrow night (May 09). However, within the next 3-5 days - as the storm moves over the Philippine Sea, Dry Air Intrusion will weaken the storm, and might dissipate over the open waters.
