HMNZS Te Mana work-up | Royal New Zealand Navy

Following a lengthy maintenance period, frigate HMNZS Te Mana and the ship’s company underwent an intense evaluation (known as a work-up) in preparation for upcoming deployments.   Every aspect of ship performance, and the sailors’ ability to operate it, was hard tested around the clock with a high level of scrutiny.   With approval to go, Te Mana is now on its way, with HNMZS Aotearoa, to Pearl Harbour in Hawaii for Exercise RIMPAC.
