Cold winter day, a metal pole… and suddenly your tongue is stuck. Yes, this happens more often than you think. ❌ What NOT to do: • Don’t pull your tongue off • Don’t cut it off (seriously – don’t do that) ✅ What TO do instead: • Option 1: Use lukewarm water to gently warm the metal (Never use hot or boiling water: risk of burns!) • Option 2: Cup your hands around your mouth and breathe warm air onto the contact point until it releases Stay calm, warm it slowly, and let it come off on its own.
