8-10 Black Peppercorns
2 Cloves
2 tsp oil / olive oil / butter
1 tbsp finely chopped ginger
1 tbsp finely chopped garlic
2 finely chopped green chillies
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1/2 finely chopped carrot
1/2 cup finely chopped cabbage
6-7 chopped beans
5-6 finely chopped mushrooms
1 small chopped capsicum – any color
1/4 cup sweet corn
Prepared vegetable stock
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp soy sauce
2 tbsp cornflour mixed with 1/2 cup water
Fresh coriander
