Solo into Sri Lanka's FORGOTTEN North (Jaffna) 🇱🇰

There's one part of Sri Lanka many foreign tourists don't visit... and that is the Northern Province. For many years, Jaffna and other areas were off limits to tourists due to the war; so, while south and central Sri Lanka developed in the tourism sector, the north has become somewhat forgotten. I've always wanted to visit Jaffna, and this vlog mostly explores the city's colonial legacy formed by the Portuguese, Dutch and British. The interview with the 72-year-old man was MIND BLOWING.
