Using our VarioFlow chain conveyor system together with spiral conveyors, battery cells on pucks are elevated into a multi-level material flow. This vertical approach creates space to perform additional process steps on the fly while freeing up valuable production area below. The result is a more compact, flexible, and scalable production layout. Powered by Rexroth drives, IPCs, and Kassow Robots for handling, the system reaches speeds of up to 120 m/min, easily compensating for cycle time differences between stations.
