Attaching A Ventrac Power Bucket

I’ve got a mess to clean up. We’ve got a gravel driveway and there’s piles of stone everywhere from plowing snow. So, I’m going to take the snow plow off my Ventrac and attach the bucket. First, I need to unhook these two hydraulic hoses. These hoses control the angle of the blade right or left. Next, I raise the attachment locking lever- this raises the locking hooks off the attachment- now it’s free. I simply start up the tractor and back away. Now to hook up the bucket, I drive into it aligning the hitch arms with the attachment arms. Then I engage the attachment locking lever. Finally, I hook up the two hoses for the bucket. Red goes to red and Yellow to yellow. And don’t worry if you get these backwards- it just reverses the controls for dumping the bucket. It’s literally that easy- now I’m good to go. I like to tilt the bucket down just a little bit and back drag to fix the gravel.
