Revilla, co-accused attend pre-trial over alleged ₱92.8-M 'ghost' projects | ABS-CBNNews

Former Senator Bong Revilla and his co-accused from the Bulacan 1st DEO arrived at the Sandiganbayan 3rd Division for the pre-trial of their malversation case on Friday (March 6). The Sandiganbayan 3rd Division set 10-day bail hearings for the malversation case involving Revilla and Bulacan 1st DEO officials Brice Bernandez et al., beginning April 6. This is in relation to the alleged ₱92.8-M ghost flood control projects in Pandi, Bulacan. The court intends to resolve the bail petitions within 30 days from the start of the hearings. The prosecution said they will present 20 witnesses for the bail hearings alone.
