Under the direction of DGP Rajeev Kumar Sharma, the Kalika Patrolling Unit and women police teams conducted undercover surveillance in public places, catching offenders red-handed for harassment, stalking, and indecent behavior towards women and students. As part of this special drive, 140 miscreants have been arrested across Rajasthan, while several others including minors were given warnings and counseling. In Jaipur Police Commissionerate alone, 17 offenders were apprehended during the operation. IG Dr. Preeti Chandra stated that the campaign is focused on creating a safe environment for women in public spaces and will continue with strict monitoring. This operation marks one of the strongest actions taken so far against eve-teasing in Rajasthan.
