My Superhero Friends Foundation, Inc. conducts annual hospital outreach visits to share joy, encouragement, and inspiration with patients and healthcare workers. During these visits, volunteer superheroes wear costumes to bring cheer, create moments of hope, and uplift spirits through simple human connection. The foundation works in partnership with various sectors, including the Manila Symphony Orchestra, recognizing the power of music, creativity, and presence in creating meaningful experiences for those in hospitals. Alongside its health-related outreach, My Superhero Friends Foundation places strong emphasis on environmental responsibility, with initiatives focused on planting and promoting native trees as part of its long-term commitment to community care. Founded on June 8, 2007 by Michael V. Maranan, My Superhero Friends Foundation, Inc. is a non-stock, non-profit organization, duly accredited by the Securities and Exchange Commission. Since 2007, the foundation has extended numerous scholarships to impoverished communities across the Philippines, guided by its motto: “Helping Hand with a Heart.” The foundation also provides financial assistance to patients suffering from cancer and rare diseases, conducts regular feeding programs in local communities, and carries out information and awareness initiatives to help raise knowledge and understanding in the areas it serves.
