Ebola Virus Outbreak: 80 मौतों के बाद इबोला को WHO ने की ग्लोबल हेल्थ इमरजेंसी घोषित | PHEIC | Congo The WHO has declared the Ebola outbreak a public health emergency of international concern. The WHO Director-General made this declaration following the outbreak of the disease in the Democratic Republic of the Congo and Uganda. The disease is caused by the Bundibugyo virus. However, the WHO has also clarified that the situation currently does not meet the criteria for a Pandemic Emergency. This means that while the disease is serious, it has not yet reached the level of a global pandemic like COVID-19. विश्व स्वास्थ्य संगठन यानी WHO ने इबोला बीमारी को अंतरराष्ट्रीय चिंता की सार्वजनिक स्वास्थ्य आपात स्थिति घोषित कर दिया है. यह घोषणा WHO के डायरेक्टर-जनरल ने कांगो लोकतांत्रिक गणराज्य और युगांडा में फैल रही इस बीमारी के बाद किया. बता दें कि यह बीमारी बुंडीबुग्यो वायरस के कारण फैलती है. लेकिन इसी के साथ ही WHO ने यह भी साफ किया है कि फिलहाल यह स्थिति Pandemic Emergency यानी "महामारी आपात स्थिति" के मानदंडों को पूरा नहीं करती है. इसका मतलब यह है कि बीमारी गंभीर तो है, लेकिन अभी कोविड-19 जैसी वैश्विक महामारी के स्तर पर नहीं पहुंची है. #ebolavirus #covid19 #pheic #who #globalpandemic About Channel: Your daily dose of videos for the latest and exclusive news from India and the rest of the world.
