I found a fossil shark tooth and some other great fossils on a secluded beach

Join me on a chilly New Zealand winter’s day as I explore a beautiful secluded beach in search of fossils. The conditions are cold, but the scenery is stunning and the beach turns out to have plenty of surprises. Along the way, I find a variety of fossils, including a fossil crab, shark tooth, coral, shells, and bone fragments. Each find gives a small glimpse into the ancient marine world that once existed here, long before this coastline looked the way it does today.
